Marysville Mutual has two Homeowner programs to insure your home and personal property. Our Homeowner policies also provide liability protection if someone is injured because of your negligence. Numerous optional enhancements are available under both products.
The Preferred Homeowner program is for newer homes that are insured for 100% of replacement cost. It provides automatic replacement cost on contents coverage and is competitively priced.
The Standard Homeowner program offers a wide variety of coverages for almost any type of owner occupied home. We offer both replacement cost and actual cash value policies covering your home and contents.
We offer a wide range of products designed for farm and ranch owners. We can protect your home, personal property, farm buildings, machinery, equipment and livestock. We also provide liability coverage for acts of negligence.
This product provides coverage for rental housing, seasonal homes and dwellings under construction. We can insure the dwelling, contents and your liability for negligence.
Farm Dwelling and Farm Liability
These products offer options for farm rental property or rental farm land. These policies can be stand alone or packaged together.
Marysville Mutual also offers a Commercial Property program that allows us to write small commercial buildings and contents.
We also have an Inland Marine program to write all risk or specified peril coverage on various types of personal property.
